So the most complained of comment was 21,000?? Given how hard he tries, and the fact that the audience for Top Gear is something like 350 million people worldwide, that's practically statistically insignificant. Of course, he's offended, in theory, entire countries and races (and any other sub-group one cares to name), but I guess most people either don't care enough to complain, or just realize he's a buffoon (at least somewhat on purpose) and not to be taken seriously. What we need is a post suggesting punishments to fit the alleged crime. I think being only able to drive his P45 creation when not actually on the show for a year would be apt.
